Shipping and Delivery


WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently, we ship to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We will be adding International shipping soon.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We currently offer two shipping options. Standard shipping, which should arrive within 5 working days and Express, which should arrive in 2-3 working days.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We currently offer two shipping options. Standard shipping, and Express shipping. which should arrive within approximately 5 working days and Express shipping, which should arrive in 2-3 working days.  

Delivery times may vary depending on which delivery option is chosen at checkout and your location within the continental United States and Canada.  All orders are processed for delivery Mondays to Fridays (excluding Federal and Regional Holidays).

 To combat online fraud, please be aware that should an order be suspect, for your own protection, you will be contacted via email and asked to confirm your identity and information pertaining to your order before the order is processed and dispatched. Please ensure that your contact email address is correct at the time of ordering.

Refunds and Exchanges


WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Except for the non-refundable items noted below, or during the Extended Holiday Returns period, you have 30 days from receipt of goods to return it for a full refund, less the original delivery charge. To return an item, please contact us stating your name and order number. Please make sure to include your name, order number, and whether you require a return or an exchange on the returns slip which is included with every order.

If apparel, the item cannot be worn or washed.

A damaged or defective item can only be exchanged for the same item. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.

Non-refundable Items: Please note that jewelry, confectionary and items selected for personalization are not returnable unless faulty upon receipt.

For all returned or exchanged items, please ensure they are sent back in their original packaging.

 

DO I PAY TO RETURN ITEMS?

No, please attach the return shipping label, which is included within your delivery.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN/EXCHANGE TAKE?

The time taken to process a return/exchange will be dependent on the state you are sending it from. For the East Coast we estimate one week, for West Coast please allow two weeks.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

Please contact us for information and to arrange a replacement or refund.

JEWELRY REFUNDS

Unfortunately, jewelry is non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

CONFECTIONARY / CANDY REFUNDS

Unfortunately, confectionary and candy items are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Unfortunately, if an item has been selected for personalization, it cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect on arrival.

DO YOU OFFER AN EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY?

We do offer an extended Holiday Returns policy. Any orders placed from November 1st can be returned through January 31st.

HOW ARE STATE TAXES APPLIED?

Duties and taxes as per state law will be applicable on all purchases.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been processed. If you would like to cancel your order, please Contact Us. Please note, we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19?

While we aim to deliver all orders as promised, the safety of our teams is of paramount importance. We will be operating a socially distanced workplace which might cause some delays. DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

We do not currently sell gift vouchers, however this is something we are working on for the future.

The wood for the Hogwarts Trunks is an engineered wood and not cut from a tree. The material used is plywood. All fittings are lead free/Nk Free. Pu is REACH compliant.
